We’ve got a lot going on. On top of daily farm chores and a big project in Beekmantown, we started chopping corn this week, too. Safety is always forefront of mind in everything we do. It’s National Farm Health and Safety week, and it’s no coincidence that it comes during one of the busiest seasons for farmers. Thank you for your continued support of our work and efforts. And please, if you’re out near farms over the next few weeks especially, please be heads up for farm trucks and equipment on the roads. We will be doing our best, too.#adkfarms #adkstrong ... We said goodbye to our intern, Reeve Twitchell, last week. After passing the summer semester with flying colors, we took him to dinner with some of the toughest professors he'll ever have, Professors Barnes, Rulfs, Carter, and Carter, (Professor St Cyr is taking the photo). Thanks to the Brigeen Farms family for recommending us to Reeve and Reeve to us. It's fun to think about the farming community and family roots, and how the benefits of the 4-H Program carry on well after childhood. We wish the best of luck to Reeve! The future of U.S. agriculture is bright with students like him.#adkfarms #FutureOfAg ... See MoreSee Less
