About UsAt Adirondack Farms, we lead with our values.
We attribute the success of our farm to the people who work here and the values we uphold.
At Adirondack Farms, we operate our family business with integrity, respect, accountability, and positivity. We strive for excellence by prioritizing our culture, making science-based decisions that help us continue to innovate, and focusing on the sustainability of our environment.
At Adirondack Farms, we’re constantly evolving and innovating to ensure we remain viable in a competitive marketplace while keeping the preservation of our natural resources a top priority.
Farmers are the original stewards of the land, and we are stepping up and doing our part every day to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
One of our guiding principles is: “Take care of the cows and they will take care of you.”
We take pride in providing optimal comfort, nutrition, and attention to our herd of Holstein cattle. The cows then reward us, by maintaining a higher-than-average level of milk production that enables us to provide a nutritious product to the community.
We’re meeting the needs of the present in a way that creates opportunities to meet the needs of the future.
It’s important to consider the integrated life cycle of plants and cows, and how we can create a closed-loop biogenetic cycle. We are always identifying new ways to recycle and reuse materials on the farm, which benefits our cows, preserves our natural resources, and strengthens our surrounding communities.
