National Dairy Month began 86 years ago, and many things have changed in the years since. Originally called National Milk Month, the goal was to promote drinking milk and help stabilize the dairy demand when production was a surplus. These days, Adirondack Farms is proud to celebrate National Dairy Month with a continued commitment to sustainable farming practices. Environmental stewardship is a priority for Adirondack Farms, and investment in tools to maximize resources continues to be an investment in future of the farm, the cows, the land, and our employees.
