Adirondack Farm’s Shane St. Cyr Featured in Professional Dairy Producers Video and Newsletter

August 18, 2026 – Adirondack Farm’s Shane St. Cyr was recently featured in the August 3 edition of the Professional Dairy Producers (PDP) Managers Memo newsletter. The profile is titled “Leading with People and Purpose at Adirondack Farms,” which included a video interview.

During the interview, Shane shares his belief that the fundamentals of dairy farming have never changed. At Adirondack Farms, their commitment to people and cows can be seen throughout every inch of the business.

He urges other dairy farmers to: “Stay curious. Never stop seeking opportunities for engagement, inspiration, and education.”

The ability to learn has only helped Shane in his career as he has completed all three of PDP’s Cornerstone pillars and is a 2026 Cornerstone Dairy Academy Graduate. He always brings new ideas back to the farm from these professional development and growth opportunities. He has also encouraged additional team members to do the same.
